Bit of a question for the Engine Boffins....

if you're changing just the engine, it will fit with minor changes to plumbing (very simple) If you want the 182 manifold too, you will need a link pipe (de-cat or sport cat) from the manifold to the exhaust

    Lower strut brace

Pointless at the front IMO as it's a full subframe. They work BRILLIANTLY on mk2 astras and MK1 golfs I think you're confusing an ARB for a strut brace on the lower here, ARBs are available, but again IMO they're not really worth it. Upper rear strut braces that fit on top of the shock are not...

How do I test oil pressure?

it definitely is worth testing with a gauge, but It's not uncommon for the sensor/switch to go faulty and bring the light on.

    Going for these but ....

Toyos are good but soft so make sure the geometry is spot on or they'll get eaten. I like Bridgestone, Firestone, Michelin, Dunlop and Toyo. Outside of those i wouldn't really bother, though some like Goodyears too.

    Belts on 1*2

about £160 for the lot from renault, and it's common for non specialists to use cheap locking tools that are incomplete. If the timing is wrong the car will be significantly down on power.
