Yeah, I've had a good look round a couple of them, and read plenty. By all accounts very simple, but completely different. Never had the oportunity to do anything with one.
well, the set on the 182 have done at least 60 laps of llandow, and similar at snetterton, and they're still alright, get 1 more full day out of the front I think, the rears have plenty to go
between the rocker cover and the plenum? there's a teardrop shaped rubber gasket. if you mean for the rocker cover to the head.....cams out, and it's liquid gasket

you're being objectionable for the sake of it Dave. if you can feel 3bhp you're doing better than most. you'll get differences like that on hot and cold days
MF2 is a 5th injector setup if i'm not mistaken. bit ghetto for me, but an option on a temporary basis I guess. If anyone's got a pic of an injector it'd be helpful, there's always something that will fit :)
shouldn't need engine out to check the timing!!!!!! Matteh has done it on his valver172 with engine in. to check it you wont even need to take the belt end engine mount off, only if it's out.
i spotted that. TBH there's margin for error, and heat can change things between runs. that's a tiny tiny difference
barometric pressure looks too low though
