if they're fading on the road, change them. you'll get frustrated and it'll cost you time on track if they're cooked quickly. do disks at the same time as pads if you're changing pad compound

I dont trust EBC on a road car let alone on track. Saying that, Fred has a point, if you've never done track work before you're unlikely to run into trouble. Some new fluid might help you avoid the pedal going to the floor for a bit longer

422s are wrong for you in this case. 428s are popular because they work :)

car handles better = you go faster = higher risk.

you dont "need" uprated rods, but i would while you're there, if you fitted pistons. just go for the 428s, they make for a very quick car when paired to the ITB kit

422s require modified pistons, work great on raised compression high revving engines. 428s give great results

known Non for years :) And Kiki. Met Non when he had just bought his s13, completely standard, and was taking it up the strip at Pod. Must have been 2001. Knew them both quite well through the OPT drift club days. Sad when Kiki moved back to Thailand. Remember him trying to drift that NSX :S Fail :S

RSi is geared well for the power, and is a lot lighter, but still a reasonsable way behind
