The biggest issue is that most people expect a 30-40hp increase from just the inlet. It's n/a tuning, not boost. These sorts of increases just don't happen with n/a tuning for much below 5k.
Why do people have this obsession with having the peak of a baseball cap straight?? Does it score you cool points or something? No. It scores you c**t points.
I watched 15 seconds and his cap had offended me to much to continue.
Are you having the oil and filter changed as well? It's a no brainer to have the dephaser changed on old oil.
Other than that you'll not really notice any differences other than maybe a power increase if it's been timed up incorrectly before, or smoother idle.
Buy cheap buy twice though I suppose. You need to read up on the specs to be 100% sure that it will do what you need.

Yeah I agree with this in regard to the purple powerflex bushes, but the black series are a whole new ball game!
I also use a lever bar, so it sounds like we have the same method.
197's aren't as susceptible to the dephaser issues in comparison the the 1*2's tbh mate. I only ever use genuine Renault or gates belt kits, but I've fitted plenty of the other kits for people. Not through choice though!

Head gasket makes no sense at all! It's either been like that a long time, or it's been off at some point. That's on the oil return to the bottom end as well, so it would explain the damage if parts of it have gone down and...
So what relevance does that have to my post that you quoted? I see what your saying, but struggling to understand how and why it's even remotely related to my post.
