i've read the forum now and its a bit more clear.
they had a recording function but had to take the site down as it has channels complaining, but they are trying to bring it back from what i can gather.
Also, while they state you can only watch the channels from your country they also state...
its very good quality but i'm not sure of its use.
Its hardly catchup as you are only able to watch whats currently on.
And by the looks of the ISP support required, where are you going to be able to view it, the only reason you would want to use this is if you are on holiday maybe and wanted...
i've got the ar71zu which is the top of the range and its an amazing laptop.
They have launched the AW range now with an 18" screen, and solid state and 500gb sata in the same machine.
Nice spec but because of the solid state its a hell of a price.
although it has a macro mode, its not actually a macro lens, bit of a clever marketing statement really so I have been reading.
Not sure what makes a macro lens other than the minimum distance to focus but i've been looking into macro myself and even though one of my lens's has macro on it i'm...
its a great laptop for the price, has some good software included and still has a good design like an apple but without the extortionate price.
I am on my 5th vaio here, although you definitely have some haters on here who just hate everything sony i'm afraid, so not everyones going to agree...
at a guess its cropped as the distance at each end is a little too perfect.
My pic of the two bikes above was from where you were i think and i was using a 200, as he was on the inside it was probably a lot closer though.
agreed, i have just made the transition from photobucket to flickr, lovely to be able to upload 6mb files although when you have 500 to upload it takes a while lol.
theres no discussing with you, its your way or the highway, just accept people have different views, in no way did i contradict myself, with the camera constantly changing the iso for me it keeps me looking at it, i find that if i set it myself i forget, its that simple, just get over it.
i tend to keep an eye on it and if it chooses something i don't like i just set it to manual, so its not 100% auto, but I'd say 95% of the time it is spot on, remember i'm just a casual photographer, i'm no trying to win any awards, it gives me pleasure, its not my living.
piss off alice, its not like i'm shooting on auto, its only the iso for christs sake, its not like i don't know how to set it, i just bloody forget so why shouldn't i let the camera do it for me if its actually a good system and works.
i've tried all the ways with both the 360 and the ps3 and by far the best is to use a portable 2.5" hdd and the ps3, no lag, no cables, no wireless dropping out, the ps3 plays hd content converted from mkv to vob in seconds so i watch all my us tv shows in HD and 5.1 and the ps3 upscales very...
were you using servo focus? Some of them seem a little out of focus, not sure if thats the compression or the focus wasn't quick enough if its on one shot etc.
What speed were you taking them with, I normally do around 250 and below to around 50 with panning.
Like the shots of the bikes from...
not seen his yet, i'm sure hes sorting them this weekend and putting them on his site and i'll hopefully get to see them next week.
I'm happy with mine though, although as mentioned by peaches, the colours on my mountains aren't jumping out.....
yes they are in camera, did a few RAW but haven't touched them yet as i've not used them before.
The mountains, they were a difficult one as the one day it was quite dry and arid and lots of dust storms to make everything look yellowy (yep, just made that up!)
Then the second day it was 8am...
agreed, i'm getting the full res ones up as mentioned above, its best to view the flickr on large size and not original though as you need a bloody big monitor to view them at 4500 pixels wide for a 15mp image, even my 1920 17" laptop isn't big enough!
I like that one too although i just wish...
ok, setup my flickr account now and am slowly uploading them, at 6mb a pic and over 500 of them its taking a little bit of time, at least the large prints are available now so show off the pics much better.

Well, i'm back, and managed to take 2000 pics over about 4-5 days, under some quite difficult circumstances, lots of rain, dust and coach windows with reflections!
I've uploaded them to facebook for now but am planning to put them on a website like flickr, just not sure which one yet, the...
i don't think its a secret that I didn't really like your first pic but the rest are very good, great urban shots, are they using the same lens or something longer?
