I was concerned of all the talk about the Contis being the best for the CUP. I fitted 2 conti Contact as replacements a couple of months ago abd they are slightly different to ther ones that came with the car.

mine only clunks now if I give the pedal more than a light press. Before it would clunck as soon as I felt the slightest of resistance and released it quickly.
Ask them to inspect the valve against the correct part. If it is the wrong one fitted, like mine, they will find it has a link missing.
I think some of the Cups have 172 ones fitted in error.

They fixed it yesterday and it feels very different. You can now feel the weight transfer to the front wheels when braking. Feels much more secure now that the rear brakes are not braking 50/50 with the fronts.

It is a group N ECU that will give about 5% torque and BHP gain that will only work on the CUP.
maybe when you start to rag it, the torque of the engine will rip your car limb from limb, then when all the component parts are loose it will rattle like the rest of them !
Cheers for all your help. It is going in on Saturday to have th Brake conpensator valve fitted and I will see if I can speak to the engineer direct about it then.

not only do the racing cups have a six speed sequential gearbox they are also alot lighter than the Cup. I think they weigh in at somewhere around 900 kgs or less.
I run mine just on the Max mark (Do not overfill as it will block the engine breather and it will have an erratic tickover and a slight drop off in perfomance)

I get a squeak from my suspension when coasting / slowing down over bumpy roads / town roads. Dont know what it is and has only done it since Reno looked at my suspension for an intermittent knock on full lock.
