Yep, that's exactly my plan, take the headlining out (as it's going to get ruined otherwise) then fit the sunroof as bare metal, and see where it comes in. As you say, it's all part of the charm of the car :)

Yeah, it's not finished yet, I just couldn't resist cleaning it. Yeah, no pressure washer, just open hose and some shampoo. Sunroof pissed in, so I've either missed something, not fitted the seal right, or the seal is a dud.

So I've not used my camera for "taking photos" for a while. Sounds daft, but all it's been used for is tracking the progress of the car, so it was nice to actually use it! That said I'm still pretty new to it all, and I kept it in Aperture priority mode, just to keep things simple :o. Anyway...

I saw this the other day on the A34 near Oxford. I have to say, it looked sublime, rolling along in the slow lane, really did look good.
