I once had my coolant changed and some pipework replaced on my old car at Renault....came home to find a pool of coolant below my car where they hadn't even bothered doing up the bottom rad hose clip properly.
If it had come off and dumped...
Pretty easy to measure it up, spec a few jubilee clips, an elbow and straight section of Samco and a few aluminum inserts.

I would have brought a universal filter and some samco and knocked up the kit myself
It is fairly common for some engines to burn oil as a normal trait.
I always check the oil with the dipstick when cold...just don't trust the electronic gauge
200bhp conversion is your answer....with this and proper mapping the IK may well help the modifcations make the power.
For std/lightly modified cars I'd say the gains/benefits are marginal except for the noise.
The Gen 2 is defiantely going to be better than a 57i due to the heatshield/box configuration.
I had a K&N cone on my old Renault 19 16v and even with a good cold air feed it felt as flat as fook, especially in the summer.
