Agree Everyone is in it to make money and every company/manufacurer is going to try and get a sale one way or another and improve the rep of their company which means saying there product is the best.

That airbox assembly is missing the 2nd air feed and acoustic valve....you need t check wether these are still on your car

I imagine throttle bodies cams and a good ecu mapped by someone who knows what they are doing should do the trick. Ben R or Fred (Yozzasport) are probably the best people to speak to regarding breaking the 200bhp barrier

That's got a lot to do with the limited production run though...not the fact that they are so much faster:D

Never driven a V6 so I don't know how different they are...all I know is I love driving my 172, sure the 182 will put a smile on your face:D

On one of my early cars (renault 5) the exhaust came off at the manifold.....what a noise...f**king loud. I would advise putting it in the boot though incase you get pulled so you can make some BS up about being on your way to get it fixed:D

Cosmetically yes but modifying a 1.2 for perfomance is a bit daft

Not a hard job....I managed it in about half an hour You do have to really pull the f**ker to get it off once everything is undone!

Yeah I had an IK on a previous car of mine and after the performance loss I got with that I am reluctant to install any kit on my 172.

I think you have a good case....if it was knowingly sold as a UK car and was an import then that's not good at all. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with imports but you want to know exactly what you are buying don't you.

Still think it's a great looking car Will never buy a brand new one....far too pricey

Good man I do like turinis and the OE 182 wheels but am just trying to leave as much of my car cosmetically standard. Skint as well which also doesn't help matters!

Totally agree on the Subaru I found mine very easy to drive quickly but never really pushed it to it's limits.
