hey mate, do only the bushes come with the k tec one and not the mount itself? did it get rid of the rattle??

just saw on the k tec site that they only do the 'twisted' mount and mine isnt the twisted type so now i got no idea where to get an uprated mount from!

on the front i have coilovers, the rear is lowered by 40-50mm on gaz springs, there is slight rubbing on the rear arch (as i have 17's) so i dont know whether i should go for a harder shock or not. the fronts i have softened up for everyday drving and doesnt seem that bad, but one of the rear...

im gonna go out n get the parts just for my own piece of mind. so theres a £90 difference between the renault camblet kit and the euro car parts kit?cant be that much difference between the two?!

hiya guys just an update. the work did take the whole day but they kept to thier word and charged me £120. man its fooking awesome, the clutch is soooooo much lighter! next is the cambelt which they quoted me £80-100 labour and again getting the parts from euro car parts who said the cambelt...

hi guys just wondering where abouts your biting points are on clio sports? i bought my car 2 weeks ago and the bite is sitting around 3/4 up the pedal, i cant feel it slipping but id rather not take any risks. is this normal or am i just being paranoid?

hiya guys i went to adjust my rear shocks today (gaz coilovers) and noticed that the screw on the right shock was missing. i cant adjsut the right one at all now. can i fit konis on the rears and still keep the gaz spring in there? thanks

lol i hope not lol edde are the top bushes easy to replace?also my coilovers are the gaz ones and are set at very hard so i reckon its more than likely to be them. but im not getting any funny noises at the front

hiya guys ive got a concept 600 on my clio. i bought the car last week and everytime i turn on the alarm it doesnt do that bleep noise like all cliffords do, it just flashes the indicators. it has been like this since i got the car, could it be that the previous owner had the siren switched off??

hiya guys on my 172 i get a constant knocking from the rear of the car(more on the drivers side rear). it seems to be in the suspension area on both sides but i cant confirm. its not the exhuast as i had that checked. any ideas or checks i could carry out would be much appreciated! thanks

i contacted gaz today and made a bit of a kick about the harshness of the ride and they suggested i play around with the dampers etc...i said ive tried all that and its either like jelly or like the car has not tyres on it, they told me to come in to their workshop n they will have a look at it...

hi guys just a brief update, took the car to renault they gave it an inspection and said that the door has been resprayed at some point (dunno when as i only got the car a week ago) so it wouldnt be covered by them and also i would need to get each service done by them in order for the warantee...

i think ill give gaz lot a ring tomorrow and let them know the situation. even though they are £400 (cheaper than the rest) its still alot of money maybe if those guys who arent happy with the coilovers can let me know maybe then can sort something out for us?
