Need to replace my work phone really (so people can not bother to call that instead) might try to get used Lumia cheap and see what it's like properly rather than just playing
2 reasons you'll have high CO readings, one being the lack of cat which will probably bump you up to 1-2%, and also a large tailpipe will suck in at idle(pulsing) so throw out the readings at the probe.
This phone has so much wasted potential, screen is awesome, but it just doesn't quite deliver the functionality it should. Also a Nokia fan for many many years, so I hoped this might be the one to turn them round. So close....
1.2 so actually harder than a 172/182 as you have to use spring compressors, but that's only 5 minutes per side more work.
Hour for fitting, £20 to check alignment (basic, not lazer)
the rack is held to the subframe by 4 bolts. 2 above and 2 below. you have to feed a socket on an extension into the hole in the subframe to get to 2 of them. Easiest if the rear of the subframe is lowered while you do this
light smear of copper grease on the threads, and similar under the head of the bolt. You don't need much, just enough to stop binding while you're torqing
torque handling is the thing to watch. Even with big power the torque is often not greatly increased at peak. Standard or either Valeo, Sachs or LUK is all you need 99% of the time
sigh, do you REALLY think I wouldn't try that first? whole thing was rotten, thread was crossed and the wrong bolt used. It dropped down about 10mm then wouldn't move either way.
Re: Engine is out, Going to take to specialist for cambelt fitment, dephaser pulley,p
the aix kit will need fitting when it's back in the car though, it's a tight squeeze even with the AC pump removed
Re: Engine is out, Going to take to specialist for cambelt fitment, dephaser pulley,p
That's about an hour, plus the unloading and loading back up, so 1.5 hours labour all in would be fair. Don't be surprised if you find resistance to fitting parts you've supplied though, I wouldn't want to...
there's deeper filters available too. As you already have the flat backplate in place.
This is mine with a flat backplate and 90mm trumpets
With a dished backplate You could get 120's under there. What filter do you run?
I like it so far, seems to have sharpened up the screen appearance somehow too. Spelling mistake/typo's in a few places which is a bit daft. Nice and quick, and same old sense UI just cleaned up a bit really. Desktop folders is a nice ICS feature
first annoyance, can't customize lock screen icons anymore
edit, sussed it, they're now th same as the tool bar at the bottom of the screen, so that is what has to be customised
