water pump is not related to the cambelt. leave it alone, it's not a cambelt off job to change it if it does fail.
PAS pump the same, leave it alone until it becomes an issue
nope. post-cat lambda signal was all over the place. Cleaned the throttle body and it went back to normal.
It was intermitent so never going to be cam timing
easy to damage the shaft. I'd pull the boot off and have a look to make sure the 3 rollers are intact (if they're not your gearbox will be full of needle bearings)
depending on which diagnostics computer you're using, some still number the cylinders in the conventional manner and not the french way.
Sounds like dead injector to me though
