They're Catcams 428s Alex, not piper :p
Really pleased Pristine came through for you, they're the only place in the country that does the williams gold correctly :) Car looks good on them! Just need to improve on your springs ;)
If you're going to do track days, dont get cheap coilovers. They are quite acceptable for the road in most cases, but they're not sophisticated enough to be pushed hard
sounds very lambda. Proper plug in would have narrowed it down nice and easy for you. Got proper diagnostics, and lambdas on the shelf if you fancy the trip over
just remember to loosen the cam pulleys before slackening the cambelt. You'll probably need to pin the crank, or stick a prybar in the flywheel to make this method work though
1 and 5 would be the only ones to concern me. 5 sounds like your alternator is on it's way out, 1 may be a stored code from unplugged sensor. Worth clearing down codes, check all is plugged in, drive it for a bit then check for codes
might have dropped a valve head. Usually stops the engine if it does that though. Sparkplug come loose or blown out is a serious possibility. Needs closer investigation
I've done one completely, and changed cams in another that were both haemoraging oil. one didn't even have any sealer used on the cam brackets (F7R) Both were built with cheapass gaskets and seals that were as much use as cadbury's coffee mug
there's a bit of stupidity around the intervals, and some vehicles are on 18 or 24 month schedules. These are daft though and as above, the 72k/5 year rule needs applying to everything
