    iirc it was the bolt on the suspension turret that didnt line up, that was using the full 172 set up.

    i havent got ny pics as im not running my 172 box atm, but then it did the mock up it all fitted up nicely, iirc 1 bolt hole didnt line up but otherwise its good.

    Its almost starting to sound like a broken follower. take off the oil cap and see if you can see anything.

    if you remove that cover make sure the engine is supported.

    yea, the dephaser is what operates the vvt. bar the solenoid.

    Aye they arent too nice to do lol, i showed Ads_172 the difference between mine and his when i fitted the inlet to his. the casting on the ph1's is shocking... ive got another inlet which im cutting open to port ALL of the inlet runners on the plenham. Im not sure where the restriction is on...

    you want about 3/4 litres of coolant, the rest water. the whole system holds 7 litres.

    thats usually where the restriction lies, i noticed a big difference on mine when i took them off... What part of your inlet has been ported? has the plenham chamber been done too? i did both of mine(not by a little either, matched it to the gasket all the way through the inlet runners.) if...
