I can understand why people would be annoyed but the point of a Renault is it's value, if you start expecting Audi build quality then you should of paid more for a better built car.
I definetly think you should get a replacement though Ozzy if it's still under warranty.
What's the point? I think it's a bit quirky and individual when ONE person puts 1.2 badges on or paints something a lurid colour, but i don't see the point in copying the idea. It's not like it actually looks any good either!
I know nothing about cleaning cars but i would be prepared to spend £100 on a valet if it was a decent job. I appreciate time is money, i certainly wouldn't do 8 hours work for £80!
The key is finding the right customers, asking a load of tight arsed Renault owners probably isn't your best move.
The stealth can be quiet or loud depending on how you're driving! You certainly don't think it's too quiet when you have both windows down on a Sunday drive...
I would say the 'normal' k-tecs are a little bit louder. I used to think k-tec exhauts were very loud but whenever i've heard a...
Lol!
Shame i didn't get to do the last bit but the first part of the run still blew my mind, you guys are nutters! And thanks to James for a well organised event. I'll get my few pics up tonight.
Lol! Sorted it in the end, where i pulled so hard the metal connectors splayed out which just made it even harder. Ended up smacking it with a screwdriver and eventually got it out. My hands look like i've had a fight with a wild animal though...
The VTS is much quicker according to a Google search.
"Performance ford times the st150 at 8.3 0-60, 29.8 0-100"
"Saxo 0-60 7.7 0-100bhp 22.4 120bhp"
That means a 182 is 10 secs quicker to 100mph. Owned!
Yes, always link it externally, good for SEO.
There is a much simpler bit of JS for a pop up window though:
JavaScript:
function openpopup(popurl){
var winpops=window.open(popurl,"","width=500,height=500,status")
}
HTML:
<a href="javascript:openpopup('http://www.google.com')"</a>
Drive both as Loony says.
Personally, if i were going to buy a car over the Clio for it's new-ness and percieved quality, it definetly wouldn't be a Ford, it would be a Cooper S.
