yes, they would cost 1 quid if they sold a fair few of them, but they probably reverted to plastic as it was more econimically feasable than casting the odd metal one here and there. They wont sell many so it doesnt matter to them, just like alot of companies.
With the correct work yes.
But i have no idea if the level of work carried out is of sufficient quality and what the cam profile is as std. Or if you can find an alternative cam.
porting the cylinders?
I would modify the cylinder head and inlet manifold, port match as its easy work and the ex manifold is probs cast iron and will be far too much work for little gain so just match that to the head.
Since there are about nill available parts for this engine just work...
well, it totally depends what manifold are available. You dont want to over carb the car as itll run worse than if it had too small a carb.
Its totally up to you what you want to do. But the biggest power gain will come from a flowed head alone. lightning just helps with smoothness and less...
:devilish:
F1 is actually won in the wind tunnel and if your trying to outbrake the car infront your braking performance is actually worse then the car infront.

thats because WD40 is a water dispersant, NOT a penetrating fluid, its job function is not to undo rusty things, its jsut so happens that it does an ok job on mild rust. get some plus gas and youll see the diff.
LARGE amounts of oil make white smoke, but generally a valvestem seal or a rig would make a blue haze non stop on full throttle. You would also get alot of blowby and increased crankcase pressure and a loss of power.
The puff of white smoke if the car wasnt cold could just be some oil thrown...
which pic is him, as neither are gearboxed karts.
I stopped karting competitively a few yrs ago, still have my 125 boxed kart, but its rather tatty now and just used for a laugh. Still, when you move onto circut racing, NOTHING and i mean NOTHING is as fast as the karts you jsut left...........
Firstly, do you really need to come down a slip rd at 110mph then brake hell for leather so that you dont go screaming into oncomming traffic, erm no. Its you trying to be a superstar.
Brakefade WILL NOT occur IF you know how to use your brakes. Simply stamping on the anchors 15m before the...
Ive been track driving almost all my life and i KNOW how to brake. People who experience brake fade on the rd tends to exhibit poor skill (not saying anybody here for christ sake before another nuke war starts off) and a reliance on the brakes.
The ONLY time i have gotten fade on std setup in...
Wankels never took off for several reasons.
Apart from the massive R&D costs needed to create one that could live with an average driver and be durable enough for daily use and the occasional missed service they are cheap in theory to produce, but expensive in practice.
Although there are...
Oh nevermind, i wont bother going into what needs be.
I run std ferodos, 12 quid for the fronts, run 60 laps at goodwood no problems at all. I also dont rate greenstuff.
Dust, are you kidding me!
