whats your view on the handling? iv driven a few modded corsa's and done thousands of miles in the g/f's and i find them very skittish, cant imagine what they must be like with even less weight!

the reason why it does this is your not letting it warm up, the ecu limits the revs till the car has warmed up so give it more chance to warm up

in all honesty mate i really do believe it changes from car to car, mines now on 123k, but the only rattle i have is from my drivers door card, though iv heard of cars on 30k that are falling to bits lol
i sugest look and try a few different cars to get a feel
it sounds rather serious mate, very hard to diagnose over the net, id get someone to have a look who is mechanically minded just to be safe
the inlet wont have come off, it wouldnt run if it did at all

cant see it being the reg mate, my mates reg was over 5 bar on his twin turbo sierra, but it didnt change the idle (its back to 3 bar now lol)
i cant see it being the injectors either, more fuel going in on its own wont make it rev that high, i still say a sensor fault, does it struggle at...

you can get the bleed nipples out, i broke a rear one off, and the guys at work used a small drill bit type thing , and it unwound it, and i got a new nipple from renault - job done
the mk5 edition 30 and the pirelli run the s3 engine now

weird mate, problem is with a car so highly modified as yours it really could be anything,its gotta be sensor related im guessing though get it running and spray wd40/carb cleaner around and see if you can find some air leaks just to rule that out
not off the top of my head matey, have you checked any fuses yet? im sure its easy to find, i will have a look at mine later for you and see if i can find out which one
