no, the heads are still untouched castings....abr the normal bit of machining, but teh castings are very very good....they are not touched by hand.

Um mate, its is SERIOUSLY hard work to do that, bolting in a GTT motor will be a sinch in comaprison. Parts you will need.....hell, every simgle item an engine has uprated to cope. A multitude if custoim parts and itll be crap at the end of it. Like TT said, drop a rady mage turbo 1.4 in...

yes, be careful, as it never goes back 100% perfect............... and make sure you dont thread any of the plastic threads, cause they will spin on the spot and you wont get the door pocket up tight.
