    bin the pump and fit an idler. price mainly depends on how much you pick the used parts up for. easy enough job, to be honest the worst part is getting the rubber boot back in place at the bottom of the column.

    can't remember the length of the fixing bolts, didn't pay them much attention. 24mm would be more than enough though.

    As far as I know the shaft washers come as a set of different sizes to set preload on the bearing? I shouldh ave a spare clip if you need one.

    as dan said, it's everything from the box back so gets rid of the silly sloppy bushes and replaces with bearings. you can pretty much feel the ball click in to the detent on the selector shaft when you change gear!!

    have fitted jon's mounts to a few cars and they are great. nice fit and no fiddling around to fit them.

    only real benefit using one would be you might get slightly cooler intake temps as you don't have the runners going over the top of the engine. that was my plan for the turkish one if it didn't get any decent gains.

    gon one spare head and that's with ald. other than that only got phase 1 engine.

    two easy options, get it on clip and sorted that way or cut the wire from the airbag ecu for the light on the dash:wink:

    hot water and throw some in and give a scrub, won't clean much but will help get rid of the smell.

    yup, works wonders. chuck a load on, scrub it in a bit and then leave for as long as you can then just hoover it off.

    cleaned worse than that. bicarb is your friend when it comes to smells. gets rid of dog sick/tripe smells no problem!!
