    "unoffically" smear of silicone both sides chuck it on and tighten bolts to 11nm BUT i'd never suggest doing that ;)

    cup ones are specifc to the cup - dealer only and must be done in pairs (not expensive anyway) its an easy job (1 hour max), your garage is talking tosh

    water near an engine? madness did you torque the plugs down? it could be anything at fault, normally low rpm misfires are either duff injectors or lambda

    ^some phs1's had the adjustment isnide the car under the handbrake cover, most are under the car above the heatsheild

    incorrect fitment by the sound of it! what cams did you fit? did you use all the correct torque settings AND the 3 reanult tools?
