I have now replaced...
Whohoo..
Well in that case, I have raced 2 VTSs and It really was no contest, so either
a) the VTSs really are not a problem for a 172 (pulled away with ease from traffic light starts)
b) both VTSs were VTRs baged up
c) The drivers sucked.
*edit* oh btw both were straight line races.. no...
Renualt recommend 97+ RON .. i thought who am I to agrue, they certainly arent benifiting from me paying more on fuel.
I have never run my car on normal unleaded so I couldnt say if there is a difference.
i dont know about the clio but changing the clutch cable on my old 205 GTi was quite easy.. 10 minutes maximum.
I dont know how the cable is routed in the clio though.
lol, presumably he means it is wired to the boot light, so that on opening the boot the neon comes on..
I did this about 6 years ago to my old 1.4 escort that came to a tragic end after an encounter with a VW beatle..
It looks like an old fiesta had sex with a focus and this is the offspring.. not my cup of tea but its in no way an ugly car.

If I were you mate I would get a dual single exit (one at each side) 4 pipes is too many and as said above should be left to ferraris
i read that too.. must of been quite a few years ago now .. it was two guys from scotland.. I saw one of the cars driving in edinburgh shortly after I had read the article.
I cant feel any difference in performance when the a/c is on, but I believe that there may be a loss in power that is why I make sure it is off when I want to cane it.
just confirming what everyone else is saying.. mine sits at about 1200 when its cold too.
nothing to worry about. if it does it when warm then you have a problem.
I wish you could buy the sat nav as an aftermarket option.. i would probably buy it even although it is quite expensive.. for me it would just be the finishing touch to the interior of my car.
