Provides the same function, its not a resistor pack with a CC equipped car. It uses PWM rather than a resistor to vary the voltage to the fan hence speed.
If your going to leave it for a while pull the fan fuse so it doesn't burn the fan motor out. But yep will be the PWM pack unfortunately, very common thing really.
Driftshaft hub nuts are 280nm off the top of my head, ball joints you can't really get wrong tbh. They're circa 100nm but I haven't got the manual in front of me to remind, FT would be fine anyway in the real world.

If you're seeing that then somethings not right as the dash has to be in diag mode for that to display, check the fuel sender connection under the rear bench and clean it up for the range reading dashes.
Must say since i've chopped the clio in for the meg i've never looked back, and that was 2 1/2 years ago now. Then again maybe I need to drive one again but I was never as impressed with the clio as I have been with the megane drive fun/experience wise.
They will but imo, you're better off putting the money towards getting some proper headlights in the first place. They can be had for less than 300 these days, last pair that cropped up were £150-200 off the top of my head.
Let them write it off, will never be the same again. Even more so after that kind of damage.
Oh and just for the info if it were a CAT D write off you wouldn't have to worry about selling it on later as the insurance would pay out and the car would be theirs. (unless you bought it back off them...
