The water pump will only get worse and start to leak if it isn't already. PAS pump might last a while longer, depends how much play is a little really as to how urgent it is.
No you can't, its a spring tensioner. Tension is set, if its letting the belt go slack then it'll just be the spring in the tensioner wearing as it probably hasn't been replaced when it should've been.
Not for me, don't like them on the megane either. Think its how high the bumper comes up that does it for me, shame as they used to look awesome on mk2s.
Yeh deffo up for a meet, can have a look then if you want? I've got a new switch here that you can have if its shot if you want, bought it for my 172 but it only needed adjusting in the end.
The anti-corrossion warrenty is essentially useless tbh. They'll hardly ever pay out on it, especially at that age. You could always see the back arches would be a problem on them just like the mk1 as the way the inside used to hold all sorts of shite which would hold moisture. Used to always...
I'd side with shot back dampers first, although mine never ever fell mega planted it was always felt very lively so to speak. My 172 just never gave me the confidence and the planted feeling the 225 does now, it was still a more than capable handler though just personal preference I guess.
Yeh nuneaton lad here, have seen one running about before with a woman driving.
Sound about right at circa £80/hour labour and I think the parts about £20 or so, probably could get away with adjusting it though tbh, its a common thing.
Brake pedal switch most probably either wants changing or just adjusting. Switch isn't a lot of money if its shot, not sure where they've got £118 from.
