Hub bolt will be different spacing, 172 will be 54mm non rs will be either 52 or 58mm. Plus what da says ala ratings.

It will fit fine, the 182 box is slightly stronger too if anything. As long as his isn't a cup.

You could check the wire that sends the speed pulse for continuity but you'd need to get to the abs pump/computer connector which is a major b**ch. Does the radio volume go up and down with the speed if the functions enabled and you've got a standard headunit? Speed pulse would be fine if it does.

Its done through the ABS but I seem to remember it uses a specific wheel for it, might be offside front but I can't remember tbh.

You need a press really so best bet would be to get the hubs off and get someone to press the old ones out and new ones in. A garage shouldn't charge a great deal to do it.
