Yeh 145 indicated seems to be the top end really, so is a genuine 135 or so. Book is 139 iirc.

To find the pos and neg if you look into the socket of the standard speaker on of the terminals is marked "+" so if you look at the plug you can see which is positive and which is negative. Its the one nearest the clip iirc, there different colours at the headunit end to the speaker end as...

ITG is a foam filter. Probably the best one to go for.

It wants the fault codes reading basically, you need to know whats causing it before you can repair the problem. I could read/clear them for you but your a bit far away.

There isn't an ISCV as its fbw throttle. The ECU just opens the throttle for cold idle instead.

Round and foam iirc, an ITG panel filter in a Ph1 airbox gives a very similar effect.
