You'll never do it in a day if you've never done it before, we I put all my ice in my first clio is took me about 3 days from start to finish because I was a voyage of discovery and I was learning where things can go from the start.
When I did my second one I did it in about 8 hours total I...
Yeh i've had a set of door handles done by her and was v.pleased with them, was just looking for someone local due to the size of them.
I've got a spare set of strips but there abit of a state, will have to see what she says.
Just wondering was people who have had their car colour coded have been quoted ?
I'm looking to get my front and rear bumper inserts and the side strips done and just want to see if the quotes i've been given are a good ballpark figure.
Also anyone have any bodyshop recommendations in or around...
You need to look at the oem speaker, in the socket of the speaker one of the pins is marked with a + sign.
Off the top of my head its the wire nearest to the clip.
Ahh I see, 18 month contract though :dapprove:.
Will have to stick with 200mins/500texts then I guess.
Yeh is tempting but I don't want an 18 month contract.
That was an offer iirc, and i'm still pissed off I couldn't get hold of one of the pdas.
If they still do them let me know, i'll be straight down the local one.
Well I rang up NU today to declare my Ph3 dynamique alloys, there down as aftermarket/non-manufacturer alloys and apparently even though their Renault alloys they need to be declared because they weren't factory fitted.
On the plus side though colour coding doesn't need to be declared...
This thread reminded me to sort mine out, I declared that I changed my Ph2 Dynamique alloys for the Ph3 Dynamique alloys and it cost me about an extra £8 a month.
Funnily enough after spending 10 mins explaining what colour coding was and them speaking to their underwriters it apparently doesn't...
Thats the old Mk1 Pace box though, you won't get one of those now.
As much as I can remember without looking, the current ones offer pretty much the same connection options I think.
The keypad lights are light sensitive, ie. they only come on when its dark.
If it thinks its not dark enough to need the keypad lights they don't come on.
My old Mk2 Ph2 2001 1.2 Dynamique predated the auto lights and wipers and had a normal intermittent timer stalk fitted.
Whether you only need the stalk to regain normal intermittent wipers I don't know though.
I think auto lights and wipers were only fitted as standard from Jun 2002 onwards.
Only the connects2 one will make the display work, if you want the display to show something other than just Sony then you're gonna have to pay that £70.
I've got this conundrum at the moment is i've changed my wheels from the Mk2 Dynamique alloys to the Mk3 Dynamqiue alloys. Only very subtle differences between the two and most people don't notice.
Hmm.
Its normal, quirk of the D4F engine. Mine used to do it, theres nothing to worry about, had me worried the first time I saw it too.
