Well, I know on my Mk2 Ph2 the discs just get rusted up really quickly, they'll do it overnight easily in this cold damp weather. I usually just let it sort itself out but a good jump on the anchors soon gets rid of the noise.
Everytime I wash now it I have to go for a drive to dry the brakes...
Haven't got any dark pics of it overall only got some showing the screen. The cluster of four buttons can be changed to whatever colour you like and the others can either be white or orange which matches the dash quite well. I've seen some pictures on here somewhere in the last few days but I...
Right, i'm after some springs want them to lower a little bit ~30mm, but i'm mainly after them for better handling than standard.
Been looking myself and have come up with the eibach sportlines, they seem to do everything i'm after.
Only thing is i've never looked into anything like this so i'm...
Well the above CAD one doesn't actually tell you any info just says alpine all the time, i'm not sure if there is an adapter that only does the steering controls as the screen and controls use the same plug.
I've got those leads and yep they'll work fine in your 172 as the alternate headunit is only in the 05> clios, the dash display just says Alpine all the time and changes to say what function you've pressed. For example when you use the seek wheel the display shows Seek Up or Down depending which...
Yep, bought it for £280 but had to buy a game as well. They were selling it with 5 games for £480 I think but they didn't have all the games in so I got it for £280 but had perfect dark for £50 aswell, which was fine by me because I needed some more games as I only had pgr3.
I luckily managed to get hold of one from game on saturday, just walked past about 9 and they had a sign saying they had some premuim packs in so I snapped there arm off.
They seem to just have the odd few trickeling through so its worth keeping a look out and you'll probably get lucky.
Yep, I payed about £8 for one about 3 months ago. Does need a bit of adapting to fit a non renault changer in it though, well at least it did with my alpine. Though the renault one went straight in.

Well it needs A and B on that list, not too sure on price. From the times i've been to the parts desk and looked at the service price board, I think it might be about £200 am by no means 100% on that.
Managed to get some 172 handles of ebay but unknown to me there are two different types, the type that use rods and the type that uses cables for the door mechanism. Anyway the handles i've got are the rod type and my clio uses the cable type :( (should of checked first really but just assumed)...
Must say that recently i've only been getting 350 miles out of a tank, might be due to the cold weather though or maybe i've had a lead foot recently.
The head gasket could be affecting things, is it leaking externally or into the cylinders?
2nd gear isn't to bad really for me big difference to...
The yellow plug is the stalk adapter/screen connector but looking at the autoleads adapter thats the type that needs to be connected to the back of the actual display so the dash needs to come off. Not sure on the specifics though.
