Panel all the way mate as you will suffer heat soak with an open K&N style. A panel should be a piece of pi55 to fit. Just replace the original and possibly uprate the feed while you're at it.

Ecotek valves are lame mate. They do nothing other than make a god awful noise. I've had my 172 remapped by pmurray on here and the results were impressive. I only gained around 5 bhp but it was the low down torque which was much improved. There was a gain of about 14lb/ft of torue at around...

As far as I am aware you need to shorten the 182 cat slightly so no great shakes. Just get a straight through pipe made up at the same time.

Are they worth it and by how much. The car is lowered on -40 Apex and has Cup Turinis @ ET37 I believe. Would spacers be of benefit and are they possible without rubbing?
