V reg so it would be a phase 1, even has the ariel at the front, yet phase 2 front and rear end including tailgate. Phase 2 interior from what I can tell. But what is with the colour...
I'll get some better pics up when it stop fecking raining. I was a bit unsure but it looks good in the flesh.
I bet the downforce is 13 times higher over the rear end as well now! LOL
After about 6 months of ar$eing about I have finally sprayed and fitted my Trophy/V6 spoiler. The paint isn't quite finished yet but you get the idea.
Please excuse the filth, it doesn't stop raining long enough to wash it.
I've got the sports cat and think it's mint. I wouldn't want the hassle of swapping it over each time the MOT was due. It is easier on a 182 though so it may be worth it.
The aux belt is part of the 36k service anyway isn't it or at least it is recommended.
I just want to be sure the belt isn't going to give up as the car is driven hard and I have heard horror stories where they have gone at less than 40k.
At the back of the boot by the rear seat is a black bar which I believe is as ISO standard fitment for child seats but is also a mounting point for boot straps etc.
I have removed the ISOfix bar from my 172 to save weight but this has left an unsightly gap between the seat back and the carpet. I am sure I have seen a lower spec Clio without the bar and a larger section of carpet.
Am I being stupid or have I seen this? Are they the same colour carpet if they...
I have a 51 plate 2002 172 which is due for its 36k service in 250 miles. I also want the cambelt changing at the same time as the service. I have had 3 quotes so far which have all been £800 upwards!
RS Murray and son Leeds was approx £800
Harrats Renalut in Pontefract was £175 for the aux...
I had a dabble with an Evo FQ340 last night. I had pulled off a slip road into the outside lane, I checked my mirror and saw the Evo looming towards me already up to speed. I thought i'd see just how fast they were so accelerated. When I pulled across at a 'good' speed he went past but not as...
700mb in 12mins, that's superb. To be fair though I only download around 4 or 5 items a month. That may go up to 10 to 15 if the connection was faster.
I'll have a look at usenext, see where that takes me.
So the Rapidshare issue is potentially totally seperate to the bt issue?
I randomise the ports so ISP's can't limit all of them can they?
Are all newsgroups pay per use or are there any free options?
Evening ladies and gents. For the past couple of weeks I have had a number of download issues.
When downloading any torrent, the download speed is limited to between 25-30k, regardless of torrent used or time downloading. Considering I am on a 2mb wireless setup, that is pretty poor...
Do what my old boy did years ago. Ring a claim through, arrange for a fitting at a nearby autoglass centre. Drive down and stop around the corner. He used a glass hammer which you find on trains and coaches to make what was a little chip a very neat but very messy spiders web crack across the...
My 2002 51 plate with 31k on was £6400 in September. That was a good price though and it is probably still worth that now. I'd say about £7200 for a quick sale.
As said above. For best value, you would be better off buying a PiperX foam panel, removing the acoustic valve, uprating the induction feed to a 70mm bore tube either to the base of the wheel arch liner or to the foglight and replacing the inlet elbow with a silicone item. This little lot can...
LOL, I knew you would come up with a hardcore answer. I'm not that bothered about it really. I am just curious as to how dificullt it would be and wether they would actually improve the driving experience.
