my ff 172 after it's 1st polish from me

Thanks for the comments,.. Ah, no I wouldn't use t-cut. Maybe in ten years time. I just went to the local 'arc' car wash for a £1.50 special and then plenty of Simoniz Max Wax. Haven't got a hose at the mo', couldn't be bothered with buckets of water, so kept it ghetto at the IMO/arc

my ff 172 after it's 1st polish from me

Had the old girl a year now, and just thought she deserved a polish. Not the greatest photo I've taken (on my phone), but hey. How shiny is that plastic front wing?

    Bought myself a Crossfire

I wouldn't say no to one of these,.. Could pootle round and have a bit of (expensive) oversteer fun. why have you pressed a button to raise the spoiler? It's like the car is wearing a (chavvy)sovereign ring.

Started my A level art, with a pic of Rich's car!

V.nice Pettsi. I did Art A Level back in the day too, also CDT at the same time. My Cd teachers got me on to felt pens, have you tried doing technical drawing with felt pens,.. you know the type designers use, really expensive buggers. The effects you can acheive with practice are immense.

    Who changes their car frequently?

I usually change my car every year. No plans to replace the 172, the speed, reasonable running costs, handling (in the twisties) and gadgets have me spoilt. Could only replace it with a bread van really. I am concerned at how reliable the car will be long-term though,.. Niggles away at me.

after 2 week holiday my car needed jump starting back into life, I feared it may as the ignition is sometimes sluggish. Low petrol warning & computer display...

light comes on when you've got about a gallon in tank plus whatever is in the fuel system. easy 35-40+ miles in the 172. when light comes on i take a look at the mileage, add 35 to it and remember to fill before reaching this figure. not rocket science
