Ah, no I wouldn't use t-cut. Maybe in ten years time.
I just went to the local 'arc' car wash for a £1.50 special and then plenty of Simoniz Max Wax. Haven't got a hose at the mo', couldn't be bothered with buckets of water, so kept it ghetto at the IMO/arc
Had the old girl a year now, and just thought she deserved a polish. Not the greatest photo I've taken (on my phone), but hey.
How shiny is that plastic front wing?
I wouldn't say no to one of these,.. Could pootle round and have a bit of (expensive) oversteer fun.
why have you pressed a button to raise the spoiler? It's like the car is wearing a (chavvy)sovereign ring.
V.nice Pettsi. I did Art A Level back in the day too, also CDT at the same time. My Cd teachers got me on to felt pens, have you tried doing technical drawing with felt pens,.. you know the type designers use, really expensive buggers. The effects you can acheive with practice are immense.
Love my bimmers. 325i is a thirsty lump, but not a slow car... Enjoy.
Have you seen the e30 with the BMW v12 engine in it? The way forward me thinks... Shoe-horn-tastic:

I usually change my car every year. No plans to replace the 172, the speed, reasonable running costs, handling (in the twisties) and gadgets have me spoilt. Could only replace it with a bread van really. I am concerned at how reliable the car will be long-term though,.. Niggles away at me.
Immense! I just got back, yesterday, from a similar trip around france. 3 years ago me and a mate did 4k over a 2 week 'tour de europa' in his mini one. when the heat wave hit europe: 38 degrees was the norm. This time it was me an 'er in her metro! R reg 114GSi, didn't miss a beat over 2 weeks...
That's what I was thinkin' Mr Billy. I'll get it tested, as it's 5yrs old now it'll need replacing no doubt. Maybe GSF would be cheap... £32 aint too bad
after 2 week holiday my car needed jump starting back into life, I feared it may as the ignition is sometimes sluggish. After 11 mile drive it started again immediately and later in the day twice for small journeys.
I use my car a lot for work, should I get the battery tested and if needing a...
love 'em, my mate did some similar of the m6 near his in Walsall a while back, lengthy exposure is cool.
Do you have any higher resolution shots, would like one of these as a desktop...
light comes on when you've got about a gallon in tank plus whatever is in the fuel system. easy 35-40+ miles in the 172.
when light comes on i take a look at the mileage, add 35 to it and remember to fill before reaching this figure. not rocket science
both my door mirrors have temp sensors and the drivers' side whistles like a muthafooker. If I put my hand over the pivoting part of the door mirror the whistle stops.
Wheel bearing noise is more like a jumbo jet
