Which bloody daft French designer over at Renault thought silver seatbelts would be a good idea?
Ive had my 182 just over 18months and in that time ive had to clean my seatbelts 3 times. Takes the best part of an hour each time its v.annoying.
Having said that now theyre clean again they do...
Sounds good mate. Without wanting to put too much of a downer on it for you, are you aware its due a cambelt around March time? (When ever its 5 years old). Its around a £450-£500 job.
Bought a fresh tube of autosol today as i used all yesterday cleaning the inlets up, also got a tub of megs metal polish and must say theyre looking pretty good so far.
Next step will be remove the inlets and nitromorse around the Renault sport writing as the previous owner of the inlets has...
The car has a damn good service not so long ago at Birchdown. I treated her to new gearbox oil and coolant. Service/Mechanically the car wants for absolutely nothing.
Im too lazy to keep swapping a decat at mot time, also dont decats cause a flar spot on 1*2's?
Lol ive got no splitter to...
Trackday might be a good shout actually. Its something ive fancied for a while the only thing stopping me is id want to take trackday insurance out and im with direct line who i cant see offering that lol. I cant really change insurance co as theyre £200 of so cheaper than the likes of...

I prob didnt make myself overly clear in my origional post. Rather than spend £200 on mods i want to spend £200 on tidying the cars appearance up. Its generally in good nick anyway tbh but there are a few simple jobs id like done on the car eg pdr...
Hi,
Well i was selling my 182, however after doing a few hundred miles in it this weekend ive grown fond of the old girl again.
As im now keeping the car i think i should treat her a little. To do this ive nicked £200 from my new car savings that i built up, although i could increase the...
Just been and dug the autosol out. it ways not to be used on mirror finishes, so there was something in what i remembered lol.
I?ve just been out and given one of the cylinders a quick rub over with autosol and the difference is night and day tbh.
What would be the best tool to use to apply...
Hi guys,
My polished inlets are now looking nowhere near as shiny as they used to. The metals gone very flat and nowhere near as chrome like as it used to be. Parts are starting to look oxidised as well.
I dont have access to a machine polisher so ideally i could do with a recomendation for a...
Lol im a bit late on the reply again. Im busy tonight unfortunately. If all goes to plan i think ben is doing them for me on thur. If anything happens as he cant ill pop you a pm over mate :)

Thanks,

Lol i wanted one before the TT fad began. Was looking almost 12months ago but decided to keep the Clio a little longer.
Other option is a BMW 330 coupe, however the ease of tuning on the 1.8T lump in the tt appeals
