No it means your oil doesnt need topping up. lol The rev limiter is a cold limter eg the car wont give its higher limiter until its upto temp.

Yeah, Steve mentioned things such as matched inlets might not be to hand on collection. Very poor show.

Good point, have you had the upper inlet of lately? Could be the gasket has gone and hasnt properly sealed the joint up.
