they're ok to be honest, you just have to be careful with all the trim pieces, engine cover etc all the delicate bits as they probably cost more than my V6 does in total! (front bumper is £7-10k for example!) once all the tat is out of the way its just a car really, get the hammer out and go...

yeah prodrive is one of the circuits, the previous owner/s thought it would be a good idea to weld the gearstick on, only problem is you need to unscrew it to get the gearbox out, so out came the hacksaw and a big parts bill from lambo :(

i'm helping out at drivers dream days with their fleet ;) erm to pull the engine and box is "about" 8hours, book time for the entire job is apparently 30hrs!

the cambelt cover is an engine mount/support, so yeah it has to be strong!

the F4R has 2 cambelt covers upper one is ALUMINIUM (not steel!) the lower one is plastic

the streamline one is proper

the quicksilver is the biggest rip off there is, quality is average and they're stupidly loud and way way way way way over priced best mods for a V6? throttle bodies baby! :D

the best fitting system there is, no welding is required on any aftermarket system (well apart from miltek as they crack)

yeah the V6 will pull away in a straight line, especially above 90

right got you stock calipers with decent pads, discs and lines

am i being dumb, but are you saying you need 4pots because you do 140 on the roads?

waste of cash putting 4pots on a 2.0l clio (in my opinion) the stock calipers are more than fine, the majority of the track boys will tell you the same
