what engine/year

its basically just an additonal rev limiter (controlled by a push button) so you can keep your foot to the floor and the engine will limit at say 4000rpm until you release the button (when the tyres have found grip) taken from the omex site The Omex Rev Limiter Clubman with Launch Control...

take it to a renault dealership and ask them to put it on the CLIP computer and to tell you whats wrong with it, otherwise you can throw hundreds at it and get nowhere theres no solution if you don't know the problem

yeah its the electronic fault light, needs to go onto a renault clip really but i would say it more likley to be TDC sensor, Lambda or coil pack

describe the light?? airbag and serv lights are 99% always caused by the connector under the passenger seat (all clios do it, chop it off and put new bullet connectors on)

cheap!!! exhaust prices (rrp) renault OE centre section is £163.37+vat backbox is £103.81+vat exhaust clamp is £19.20+vat cambelt (MUST CHANGE TENSIONERS! NOT JUST THE BELT!!!) kit is cira £130

no the original 172 ff alloys (mk2) are ET48 (i think, maybe ET45 or 43, i will go check) the cups have ET38, handling is muchos better

carb cleaner if fine, but if its knackered internally there's nowt you can do! we're up at junc14 M6, but i live in Solihull and travel up and down the M6 all the time, so if you want to borrow a throttle body to try let me know!
