Ive seen a few people cut the stub axle flush with the beam instead of removing fully, might be an option if no access to a press.

Use a cerakote ceramic trim wipe on the seatbelt buttons. Id be suprised if they did not come up like new.

Most garages wont have the ability to code airbag out unless renault specialists/correct software. Not sure where you are based, but i can recalibrate it, im in the North East if anywhere near.

Airbag is easy to sort, get it coded out with can clip instead of resistor. Black cruise one can prob be repaired with a bit of soldering.

Michelin ps5 would be my choice. Ps5 wear well and good grip in wet and dry conditions.

Renault extra van are 24mm torsion bars, im sure they are more or less identical to the grp a. Not easy to find these days. Im sure kangoo mk1 bars are 26 or 27mm from memory. No idea if they will fit.

As above either bend the actuator rod or give the bracket a kiss with the hammer in a vice, wont take much.

Id be modifying the actuator bracket so its away from the bulkhead. Chop and weld.

Basically your issues are due to worn diff bearings. If you replace the clip and washer, it will go again. Renfort is drilled and tapped into the diff casing. It does away with the circlip.

Fit Jb3 too assuming thats what its running.

Brakes not related as clutch is cable and not hydraulic. As above try lubing the cable, cable might be worn etc. Its a common issue on them, mine used to creak when hot. I personally think it was something to do with the clutch pressure plate

Unfortunately most top mounts are poor. I fitted snr top mounts to my dci, and they are also finished on 20'000 miles. Oem renault top mounts might be best option.

Use the correct settings for the head bolts you are using. To chuck a spanner in the works, im sure most f4r use the same headbolts..if that is the case id use 250 settings. I used arp head studs on mine as i got them for free. They go down in ft/lb with no angle tighten. Yank shite :LOL:

Good stuff the millers running in oil. Not sure if you have used it before or not, but change it often and keep the load light, as its piss thin.
