Yeah i wouldnt, I dont remember even doing it but woke up this morning in agony, so after a painfull drive home from Grays and half a day in Queen Mary's I now have 2 fingers strapped up!!
Good night though!! :)
Yeah def, although it may have to wait a few weeks. Got a bit pissed last night, fell over and ended up breaking 2 fingers so fast driving is a bit difficult!!! :)
Just had my standard wheels done in anthracite on wednesday and im sooooo glad I had that done instead of turini's. Everyone's going down the turini route so it makes it look much more individual!!!
Yeah I think the other car's alarm was just a bit sensitive seeing as its only a Ktec Stealth system iv got so not exactly a yozza but with the powertec IK it is louder than normal!!!
Haha, na it was the underground one at Morrison's in Sidcup. Taken about 30 seconds before a big group of chavs decended on it to have a ruck, should have got some photos of that!!!! lol
I had the wheels professionally done, wasnt brave enough to do it myself!!! lol
Na I havent got a spare mate sorry, I did help a mate make one though using a bracket bought from b&q and we just bent it to the right shape using mine as a template, it was easy to do.
Yeah im still undecided...
Well my Iceberg 172 is now virtually finished to how I want it.
Once id finished with the engine mods which include:
Remap
Ktec Stealth
Powertec Induction kit
Samco hoses
Matched Inlets
OMP Front Strut Brace
It was now time to turn my attention to the cosmetics. I did the obligatory...
They turned out brilliant and its a great finish, it took just over 3 hours for all 4 wheels. ! coat of primer, 3 coats of paint, 1 coat of laquer and 1 coat of hardner, il put some pics up later.
I had all 4 wheels refurb'd in anthracite on my 172 yesterday by A1 Alloys (mobile refurbishers) and for the whole job they charged me £150, they said all wheels are same price until they go larger than 18s!!!
Thats a mate of mine I used to work with, he's not a member on here yet!!
Went round to his yesterday and his alloy's have had a nasty argument with the kerb.........and lost!!!! lol
Yeah you know what I mean though, its low and wide, especially from the back!!!
The black wheels really set it off, not sure about the blue rim but its not enough putting me off wanting one just like it!!! lol
