Made me laugh about the fabia splitter. I just did the exact same thing last week. I bought a cheap one on ebay, looked at it, thought about all the fiddly screws and the drilling required, the general awkward fitting, the potential for it not lining up properly, the potential for it grounding...
You're going to love ocarina of time. It's still rated as one of the best ever games after all this time. Majora's mask is almost as good but last time I looked it was pricey.
Also if you have a decent phone you can download mupen64 app from playsotr which is an emulator and then download the...
Both are s**t. As for the orange one anydody who does the back windows like that will have done god knows what else. The silver one has a black roof in the first photo but not in the others so what is going on with the roof, plus the blacked out windows? I would avoid cars that have messed...
I have an emulator on my phone as the games on that console were so good.
I would also get Zelda Majoras Mask , Perfect Dark , snowboarding 1080, mario kart, Paper Mario, waverace 64 and pilotwings. The Star Wars games were all good too.
Perfect Dark was done by RARE who made goldeneye and is...
My rear rattle was the parcel shelf not seating properly. In my case I didn't think those sponge strips work as they would also make it not seat properly and the noise was actually the parcel shelf knocking against the inside of the bootlid as it sat slightly too high. I unhooked the strings so...
How much for a roof? I have lacquer peeling off but not a large area only about say 400mm by 300mm. I was quoted 600 quid but that seems ridiculous. I was figuring 50 quid for the paint and half a days labour so more like 200 quid?
I was going to do my scratched mirror caps this weekend. I'm going to use filler, sand them, prime, spray with paint code colour match cans and then lacquer them. I got everything from st helens autopaint who will do the paint matched cans.
Hi I have a clio 182 cup and one of the inner tie rods has some play in it when I give it a pull. When I grab the tyre at 3 and 9 o'clock positions and give it a wobble I can feel there is some play on that wheel too.
I notice at motorway speeds that you need to correct the steering slightly...
I just refurbished my wheels as there was quite a bit of kerbing on them. It's the first time I have tried to do this and the results are pretty good I think.
I did this with the wheels still on the car, masking over the whole recessed area for the wheel nuts, surrounding bodywork and brakes (I...
I can't say for sure if it clears airbag codes but I suspect it does. It works with a free android app called torque using bluetooth. Using the app on your phone it has options to scan for codes and to clear codes and other stuff too. I had an engine management light on and it scanned for faults...
I bought one of these off ebay to clear codes, just over 2 quid!

Yes I've got one similar for about 3 quid. You download a free app called torque which connects to it using bluetooth. It plugs in under the ashtray and reads and clears fault codes and does other stuff too.
Mine is this one:-...
In my 182 I get about 28 to 29 mpg for my short 3 mile commute to work and general running around (without trying to drive economically) and then and about 38 to 42mpg on motorway trips doing 70 to 80mph keeping it steady.
The beauty of a small hatchback. I had a 1.1 peugoet 106 and it felt nippy with low tax and good mpg. I was going to buy another one for work. Small hatchbacks are ace.
I think in my case it was the rubber door/roof seals at the top of the door not being positioned correctly, but I'll wait and see. I did pour a couple of kettles of water over the windscreen and it all seemed to drain out OK so I have (almost)ruled out the scuttle drains
You don't need to take the seats out
If yours is a 182 then you don't need to take the seats out to remove the foam unless you want to remove the carpet also- I didn't. The foam part ends before the seats.
Once it was out I left mine in my shower cubicle for a day or 2 leaving it more or less...
Good choice of car! Not much else you can you get with such performance for the price. Mine is a cup too but one previous owner replaced the cloth seats with the half leather ones. I like the seats but I may actually put some cloth seats back in just to make it standard one day. Your paintwork...
Karlos mine is a 182 too and the foam on mine didn't go under the centre console (only the carpet did), well maybe only tucked under a centimetre - I literally pulled the carpet back as much as I could (thought about cutting the carpet at first but didn't) and carefully pulled the sodden foam...
