when i lock my car the is a loud high pitch tone coming from under bonnet which lasts for a bout a minute, if i lock the car with one of the doors open or the boot open the noise doesnt sound. any ideas???

Can any 1 help? every now n then, my abs & serv light come on in my clio 172 sport. Mostly when im on a poor road but sometimes for no reason. When they are on the abs doesnt work and when braking you can hear a ticjing noice by the footwell? any ideas?? cheers
