Hi everyone,
Could you please give me the part number for the little plastic trim on the back bumper on a 182 that goes above the exhausts. One of mine fallen off and need to replace asap.
Or if anyone knows of someone selling on on here.
Thanks
For some RANDOM reason the driver side washer jet has stopped working today.
Ive pulled off the pipe that feeds water to it and it it clear of any blockages. when it aint connected to the washer jet water comes through fine.
Ive put a pin in the holes of the jet to try and clear any potential...
Im getting my 182 remapped this week. After its been done what kinds of difference will i notice when driving? does the 5k kick still stay or is it moved or removed?
Obviously will notice a power difference but is delivery better? lag still there?
If you could let me know that would be ace...
Got a 182 cup and I went to take my alloys off today so I could clean the inside of them.
I got the 4 bolts off but then noticed there was a big ass nut in the middle.
What size socket do I need to take it off? also Is that the only thing holding it in place after?
If you could let me know...
Ive lost one of the plastic trim that goes above the exhaust on a 182..
Any idea of a part number? or if I can get one from anywhere else apart from Renault.
And any ideas how much it will rush me.
Thanks!
Recently I have noticed that my cup splitter is going gray with all the shait on the roads and is fading. And I'm tired of having to coat it in plastic care stuff everytime I wash the car couse it never lasts.
My mate is a sprayer and he has said that he will spray the splitter for me...
Since polishing up my inlet I wouldnt mind a bit more chrome stuff for the engine bay. BUT I dont wana buy random universal crap off ebay. Couse most of the stuff ive found are just universal stuff which you know wont fit proper and will end up looking cack.
If you got any stuff where did you...
Has anyone used this stuff? looks pretty good in the adverts.... but everything looks good in an advert.
Wanted to know your opinions if you used it. Worth the money? couse this is the detailing one ive seen but theres also an ICE polish as well.
Ive always used Autoglym so im not sure how...
Ive taken pics of my steps of getting my inlets polished and my new samco induction hose.
Here are the pics before I took them off. (pipe ordered)
By this stage I have taken the induction pipe off and the inlet off. Also I have given the engine bay a bit of a clean.
I will post up some...
Anyone got a pic of there car with a Samco Induction pipe on it?
Might buy one and wanted to see how it looked..... and if possible.. a red one.
Thanks!
Ive got a 182 cup and im going to be getting it remapped in the next few weeks by my brother.
Ive already got a decat and an Induction kit, but ive got £100 left over this month and I fancy buying something for the clio since I aint done in a few months.
I do fancy buying the Samco induction...
I currently own a 05 Inferno 182 Cup with low milage and I'm really happy with it, never skipped a beat and am well chuffed with it all round.... BUT i have been looking at some nice 197s on piston heads.
And im not sure if I should sell mine and buy one or just keep mine.
Heres a pic of...
Ive got my self a 182 cup that I have decated and put an induction kit on and im looking to get a few extra performance bits for it...
Heres what I was planning:
Inlet matching
Light weight fly wheel
Milltek system
Remap (by RS Tuning)
What do you lot think of that? will I have good...
I put my Sony in when i bought the car and it works great!
BUT it dont slide all the way in, its like it wont go 100 the way in and stay there, it goes about 95% in and if i push it all the way in then it pushed out a bit again.
How can I get it to stay all the way in, its like theres 2 much...
My 05 182 Cup hit 20,000 miles on the way home earlier. Were on our way back from watching simpsons the movie (CLASS)
I know its not a lot of milage but it crept up without me noticing....LOL
Was washing my car earlier and have notice that I have lost one of the plastic trims that go above my 182 exhaust (right hand side pipe)...
Any ideas where I can get one to replace it? and NOT get shafted for it...
Thanks :)
Has anyone on here or does anyone know of anyone with an Inferno Orange 182 with a carbon bonnet?
Possibly thinking of getting one for mine, but i wana see how it looks first....
Couse if it looks w@nk then i wont bother...
HE HE HE went to lock the car earlier outside my missis's house and this is what i saw on the top of the car...
Must be where you can have a sunroof on other models... im guessing they use the same shell for all cars.... just thought it looked funny on my cup.
Sorry for the sad thread!
Hi Everyone,
This is a thread about the ins and outs of fitting a decat to your 182's on to a standard exhaust system. I fitted mine last nte and below is the low down on the whole process.
Had the car up on the ramp last nte and was reaslly supprised on how easy it really is to change the cat...
Anyone bought one of these yet? looks like a good investment.
My mate is an Auto electrician and he lives near me so any faults i can just take it to him and he can take them off for me (not that ive had any on the clio, but i have with other cars) but for someone thats not that lucky this...
Hi Everyone,
Im thinking of buying a strut brace for my 182 cup but not sure if I should bother... I had Upper and lower on my fiesta and a upper one on my scooby. and I liked the difference it made.
But since the clio has CUP suspention and the car seems stiffer anyway is there much point in...
Im gona have to buy new pads for my 182 in a couple of months but im not sure what I should go for... I dont use it for track BUT i want good stopping ability.
Ive seen a set of MINTEX pads or a set of REDSTUFF pads... but im not sure which ones to go for.. As im also going to stick some...
