pull the old head off it yourself and check the pistons for obvious signs of damage, tbh buying a haynes manual and fittin a new belt and head yourself is like assembling lego, the hardest bit is getting the belt on, SERIOUSLY. dead easy on an 8v lump however the 172 lump i will leave to renault...
nice nova handles well from what i can see, engine sounds like its got guts, and the understeer comes with most vauxhalls the corsa is a pain for it,
hope hes got arps else that bottom end might let go. sure ive seen tht nova on mig actually
my eyes were fixed on the road in those pictures and i felt myself drift off "what i wouldnt do to those roads" nice pics dude lovely car love tht color
yikes thats rediculous, why is everything renault so damn complicated, so damn expensive and so unreliable, i love the car but think ive made a bad choice moving from my cheap n chearfull vauxhalls.
and where in stockport u from mate?
just read the guide, thanks for sending tht mate, and im always one for attempting something but fk this, its off to renault lol not risking it far to much involved in changing that belt. ill gladly pay the experts for a 72k service even tho its only covered 51k,
