Cheers mate, they're a bit Marmite... most dislike them
Thanks, as above seems to get mixed reactions but cheers :)
It's a MotorSport Vision one... (MSV) K-Tec do a very similar bolt in one... :)
It's a Sport :rasp: but yeah I agree, I chose the wheel colour... BMW Sepang Bronze :o...
Went to Capel Curig today with my mate Nath (NathJ - does diamond spraying etc) and his Civic Sport... it's a really nice place with some awesome roads :y:
I hear you... I've had the car as it stands now for over a year, just got bored so did the black photoshops... and then after I realised that's been done a fair bit thought I'd try the R26R colour theme. I'm not normally one to give a s**t what people think, I remember my mates saying yellow...
Yep that's me... I'm 56.
Nah that's the detailers Dad :rasp:
Cheers for the feedback, glad so many like the red... thought I'd try something a bit nuts :o
Or their English GCSE's either lol ;)
I like white/rb on mine, but I've never thought it suited the 197's... anth or black just looks so much better :)
I now own Lee's Clio... have since added; a BTB, Trophy Turini's, Recaro Sportlines, MSV rear cage, and loadsa cosmetic s**t.
No complaints on the H&R's but I've never experienced AST's... BTB is lovely, and the MSV does seem to help on handling slightly imo.
Cheers, fairplay to Wayne! He put some serious work in! I cooked the pizza's etc lol :o
Next on the list Nath you phagg, will see... maybe some Schricks and remap... or wait for a little more info on the K-Tec low boost turbo conv :D
Thanks to Wayne again, cheers though mate lol
Thanks...
Pic from FCS, as all my other pics were missing something until then... how it looks now, and prob how it will stay for quite a while, even if people do hate the yellow bits :P
Yeah was on Sax-P lol, know more home boiz on there haha, sad eh.
Cheers, I take full credit for Wayne's work :D
Can't believe how many hours the lad spent on it tbh lol, I just said... 'missed a bit' when needed
Hahahaha I'll tell him that lol
Yeah boi, makes them look brighter with the...
:D Thanks mate, I had toyed with the idea... but I'm a big fan of yellow on RB and already felt I had enough white on there with the wheels/badges/stripes. In the future, if I get bored... who knows :)
The cage was white when I bought it off Mark aka Rufstuf lol
Neighbours loved it lol.
A lot of people aren't keen on the yellow bits, but I really don't know what else I'd do them in without it looking too similar to other RB's out there. I think it works personally... :)
I was amazed too... at how poorly I'd been cleaning it haha :o
No idea... I'm not a...
Pre FCS detail; quoted from the detailer himself so apologies if spelling/grammer isn't up to scratch lol... over 40 hours he spent on it, was amazed, looked brand new...!
Shame its me that has to keep it looking that way as I'm not so hot at the detailing stuff :o
Process
Arches/ Wheels...
Here you go, the lengths are only rough as I couldn't get the f*king tape measure to sit flat so didn't attempt roof stripe lengths!
Maybe not the most accurate, but it was too hot today lol
2 inches wide... 3.5 inches imbetween iirc.
And the rear right hand side stripes finish halfway through the numberplate height if that makes sense.
Gunna replace mine soon
I have my original (short) carbon one fitted, if these aren't done by FCS am I ok to keep the original carbon one on?
I'm not in a huge rush to get the correct fitting one as even the short one is an improvement. So take your time Bic lol, also when are the exhaust trims due for sale and how much?
