flash the itouch and put jailbroke software on it . there is software u can download online . look on youtube on how to do it . good luck

this happened to me a couple of weeks ago . i replaced it with one i got from a guy braking a 172 . u dont need the whole bumper of i just took it of at one side so i could get the headlight out . 20 min job to tell the truth thats all it took me to do . good luck
