Ive got a Hill Power De-Cat on mine and it made a very noticable difference. The car seemed to pull away alot easier and it did free up the top end quite alot too. I would say it is probably one of the best value mods i have done so far. Dazz

Yeh that seems a pretty good price as Renault charge £550 +VAT for an exchange recon box and ive just payed £225 for a low mileage second hand one (although that wasnt a bad price either). Go for it m8.

Well i paid £225 for my second hand one with about 45k on it. Not really sure wot to look for cause i got mine off some i new. Best thing i can say is to get one from somewhere with a good rep. Renault do a recon exchange box for £550 + VAT

I would def recomend checking the steering rack bushes. I had exactly the same problem on mine and it turned out to be the rack bushes. Got the bushes from Renault for about £22 and got a garage to fit them for around £50. I couldnt believe the differance. Dazz
