Iceberg silver 172 RO02WRK
Black gold 182 LV55JYO
Both bought new by me. Kept 172 for 2 years, then traded it in for a new Subaru Impreza STI type uk, which I kept for 18 months. Missed the Clio, so I sold the Subaru and bought a new 182. Kept that for nearly 6 years.
I have a 2nd set of wheels with winter/snow tyres for my citroen dispatch van, best thing I ever did. They will still slide about if you drive like a knob, but take it easy and they have never let me down. I have even used my van in the snow to pull out at car who thought he could go anywhere...
Absolutely loads of Clios at the ring on Saturday, mostly blue ones. Spotted one trophy, and a striped out liquid yellow. Chatted to a couple of guys who had Cliosport stickers. Sorry I didn't have my 182 there, but I did manage to scare the sh4t out of my wife when i took her round in her car...
Looking at your number plate I take that you are aware that your car is most likely am import model from 'TRADE SALES' car supermarket. I only say this as my old 172 reg number was 'RO02WRK' and I bought it new from TRADE SALES, it seems that most RO02### are from this car supermarket. It...
I will be there, I normally go up there on my bike after a Sunday morning blast.

I pay for my 182 £260 fully comprehensive with protected no claims. The benefits of being 38 years old with a clean license, good postcode, locked in my garage.......
Had mine on my car for nearly 4 years and had no problems at all. Nice fruity sound, not too loud and it looks much better that the standard pee shooters.
Saw an 06 plate orange V6 on the M27 at Fareham about 11:00am. This is the first ever Sport on an 06 plate I have ever seen, even better as it was a V6. Really horrible colour to be honest, and just hope it wasn't a replica.
I'm sure that the Clio Sport handbook says that snow chains can't be used on the sport as not enough room under the arches. I looked at getting chains 3 years ago when I drove my Clio down to Austria in winter, I will never do that again as it scared the poo out of me with the Clio sliding all...
Hi Ollie, and welcome. Don't worry what car you have, there are lots of people on here that don't even have a Clio. Just join in the forum fun, I must admit the forum does get a bit random at times.
I must admit I would me going mad if it was my car, but sh!t happens, claim off of him and get a nice coutesey car while your is being repaired. Oh and I think you got a whiplash injury aswell. !!;)
Yes it was me. I was just leaving work, sorry for the state of my Clio (cleaning it tomorrow!), normaly go to work on my bike but haven't driven the Clio for a while so thought I'd give it a blast. I also wear a hi-viz at all times as I am very safety concious and pretend to be an unmarked...
Your car is probably an import (not from Renault UK), and just doesn't have traction control. I had a 2002 172 which was an import that I bought from a car supermarket new very cheap, and that never had traction control or a Renault alarm light by the gearstick. When I bought my 182 in 2005 I...
I've got private plates on both cars, L90 NAD on the Clio and L80 NAD on the Mercedes. Cheap at £250 each from DVLA, they are for my wifes name, Nadine, (she's called NAD by most mates). People say I should space my digits on the Clio so it says 'L 90NAD' (GONAD), but I just say B**locks.
No, not me. I haven't driven my clio much lately as I am looking after my mates Honda S2000 for a while and I can't stop thrashing his car around for him as it's effing great !! ;)
Racing blue with CS sticker, reg no AO55---, M27 passing me just before junction 5 at 08:45. I didn't have my CS sticker on as I was in my 38 ton Scania with a big 'CO-OP' sticker on the side. Still I think I had a few more horse power than the Clio.....!!
Got my mates bike for sale on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-HONDA-CBR-600-F-4-BLACK_W0QQitemZ120431048264QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Motorcycles?hash=item1c0a3ff648&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A7%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50
