awesome cheers guys.
as said there is some sort of renault bulletin that mentions various problems arising due to fitting the wrong / 'non-genuine' spark plugs.
wierd i know but trip computer was definately listed.
is this right?
ive been told to get renault ones, as the cheap non-geuine plugs i have are confusing my trip computer, due too the resistance of the plug.
if the above are definately exactly the same that would save me some money!
thanks
renault say check your spark plugs!
as wierd as it may seem, the resistance of the plug can confuse the ecu an cause problems with the computers.
only use renault plugs!
checked mine and their non genuine parts so im gonna do thaat asap
** ~£17 +vat per plug tho!! **
i know what a 172 cup is but whats IS a 182 cup?
i mean whats different over the 182. as mine has both cup packs and all the toys which, when they work, i like!
never saw any 182 cups when i was buying tho so are thy rare? did some searches on here and never got a real answer.
|Did anyone get to the bottom of this problem?
mines exactly the same. sometimes the trip computer etc works fine but i can turn the ignition off (overnight or just for an hour sometimes) and when i go back to it, 1/4 of a tank is showing and the fuel light is on.
range is showing ---...
had the pads out and cleeaned and rubbed them down. went for a lil drive today and the pads work ok untill you really need them or brake very hard / from high speed then they just seem rubbish
