when open the doors with ignition off the imbolisier light flashes really fast and the relay is clicking and the dash lights are flashing really fast, but when the car is running all is fine?, usually when i wash the car so my guess is water, but footwell ect is dry?

my ph1 is playing up (AGAIN), when open the door the imboliser light stays solid and lights other lights dimly. and aloud ticking from fusebox area. it still starts though?.. cant lock it using keys either ( main and spare) any ideas ? thanks
