With a 2K budget I wouldn't get a Clio.... I'd buy a Nizzan 300zx (provided you can find a manual one) and then you have a million tuning options.....

To be honest you can get a good 182 for £3.5K. I got mine in October (both cup packs) for about that. And it's black.... totally standard, but getting a re-map to remove the jeckyness (vvt in the 182 is more agressive by feel hence why it might not "flow" as well) But to that note, both are...

They said the box has a leak. It might do, but can't understand what noise they are referring to? I have no issue getting it into gear hot or cold.

There is nothing wrong with moving on. Beaware though, having owned rev happy japs (Suzuki Swift Sport, Civic Type-R), you will get bored of wringing their neck for the performance that the Clio gives you from 3000rpm. Not many htaches have that good a gear change anyway. Swift was the best...

Like some have said. It all depends on what rolling road you take it to. Like annoying they are all different and the operator might do something differently etc. The best thing to do is get a rolling road dyne run done. Do the mods you want and then get it redone at the same place...

Mainly I would say because they take the figures from a car the has been through the exact metrics for running in etc and with fresh oils and everything that extract the maximum performance.give it a good service and run it again and then you should see and increase?
