    Thanks for that info, however thats not what I ment....(I know how to do that)....what I really wanted to know is how to remove the actual mirror (glass) with the wing mrriors left on..... I know on the phase 2 mrriors there is this hole on the bottom where you stick in a flat head screw...

    I take back what I said about having it in icey conditions, I never new that:oops:...never actualy drove a car with ABS on ice but can imagine it know....SCARY as feck!!... I still think its something that dosent suit a valver.....Sports cars (be it a hatch) are designed to be driven...

    Surley it cant weigh that much, just take out the spare wheel that should take care of that issue.
