Hello, my dci100 started to leak oil on the oil return pipe, on the engine block end (lower end). Is there some trick how to get it out and change the seal or turbo must be removed? was thinking about removing the CAT so I could get access to the bolts on the top of the pipe. Anybody changed...

dci65 for 4 years dci100 for 6 years 172ph2 for 4 years All in the last 11 years, so overlapping....still have the dci100 and 172. Would not buy other car if I didnt have kids. :-D

My 172 is running well, so dont want do destroy it by modding too much, you know. Plans are with gearbox, as i have a small oil leak at the bottom, and sometimes it crunches between 4th and 3rd gear when doing downshifts at highter revs. Maybe Quaiffe? Not sure how much is the profit from it as...

Little update. Finally managed to source PS3s so here they are on turinis. Garage was full of wood so had to make some temporary. Not a showcar but does the fun factor job ;-) negative is that weight has gone up from 12kg per quarter to 16kg per corner.

I think stop and oil is always lit up until the engine is running. Temperature readings and rpm readings fine when cranking?

Dont you have issues with MOT then? Here its required to have idle between 650 - 800 rpm. I always have to turn off climate manually because with set to auto it turns on as its warm in the garage and now and then rpms jump slightly over 800. Trying to explain to the tester was loss of effort...

Why not look via some obd reader to see what temp the ECU sees before you disassemble anything?

Had it once on my 172, washed her before, so might the water got somewhere even if I wasnt flushing hard. She went just to 3k rpm. Then it was just gone after "reboot". No record when I checked it with clip afterwards. Hope it stays the same with your V6 ;-)

You might consider replacing the clamps using 67mm from Iveco Daily. Looks much better and is more solid.
