Car is a 1.2 16v Dynamique (2003)
Car keeps stalling/cutting out when traveling at speed, mostly when cruising on motorway at 70mph. It did it a few month back every other day, then it went a way for a while but its started doing it again.
Any ideas??

My brothers 1.2 16v is having problems starting now and again.
Been told it could be the TDC Sensor, just wondering where abouts this sensor is???

Spoke to (www.hiflowheads.co.uk) this afternoon and the guy reckons he can do the conversion for around £1000 labour.
Anyone dealt with HiFlowHeads before? They are based in Scotland.
Done a bit of planning this morning, had a look through Megane Haynes manual and the Clio Haynes manual at the wiring diagrams.
Looks good, well buzzin now and up for it.
Does he do the conversions?
Tempted to have a go myself but it would take me weeks doing it inbetween work and i don't like my car being off the road that long.
Not sure which 172 the bits will be from, that will be decided when i get the parts (whole kits can be picked up easy enough), are they different?

Just making some enquires on this engine conversion, some garage in Pemberton says he can do it for £350 labour, but it seems a bit cheap to me.
Who's the best people to talk to about a 172 conversion?

What difficulties are involved, i've heard the wiring can be awkward, something to do with the immobiliser.
I really like the look of my Megane, i have spent nearly 2K on bodywork/kit and its going back to have more done in a few weeks (i will post a pic later).
I've also spent alot on ICE and Interior, the only part i haven't really touched is the engine and i think this type of conversion would...

Im currently running two amps in my car and have been doing for a few months.

Im gonna be wiring up my 2nd amp in a couple of days. Ive currently got an amp running subs in my car, could i:
1) use the same power cable for both, just split it in the boot?
2) use the same fuse in the fuse holder?
3) use the the same remote on cable, just split it in the boot?

What should i get to the gallon because it seems to drink more than my MK1 Phase 3 1.2 8v.

Ive got a 1.2 8v MK1 Phase 3, i decided to o for the K&N 57i Induction kit, its ok, sounds wicked.
Pipercross make a good induction kit, there was one for sale a couple of weeks ago, search the Other For Sale he might still have it.
